Want to increase breastmilk supply and get beautiful glowing skin? Then this recipe is for you. It also tastes like an absolute dream. Mango milk sago is an IDEAL superfood for postpartum mamas to stimulate milk production and balance hormonal activities. It is gentle to both the baby and mother's stomach.

Ingredients
1/4 cup sago pearls
1 big mango, peeled & diced
3/4 cup coconut cream
1 cup coconut milk
500 ml water
1/4 cup rock sugar
Method
Wash the sago pearls to remove traces of impurities or pesticides.
Bring a medium pot of water to boil. Add in the sago to the boiling water.
Cook for 10-15 minutes until the sago turns clear. Be careful not to overcook the as it can become soggy. Rinse the sago under cold water. Drain & set aside.
Boil 500ml of water and add in the rock sugar to make a sweet sugar syrup.
Set aside to cool. Then combine cooled sago, coconut cream, milk, rock sugar syrup, mango and give it a good stir.
Serve warm and enjoy for a breastmilk production boost and glowing skin.
