The Modern Pui Yuet is a new business and we are working hard to ensure operational efficiency. Orders will be processed within 1-3  working day and packages will be dispatched within 1-3 working days after receipt of payment. 

Packages dispatched will take 1-3 working days to reach you. Please see delivery details below.

Our eventual goal is to ensure that you received your package within the same day, and while we work towards scaling up our operations, we want to thank you for your support for this young business of ours.

Orders cancellations or amendments

Oh no! Cancellations and refunds are strictly not allowed once the order has been made. Why would you want to do so anyway? Give our products a try! They make great gifts too!

If you have made a mistake with the shipping address, please contact us with the following information immediately:

1. Order number
2. Full Name
3. The new shipping address

We know these things happen and we would be happy to help. However, if the order has been sent out to the incorrect shipping address, we are unable to refund the order amount or replace the wrongly delivered items.

Deliveries and returns

Deliveries

Free deliveries are currently limited to Hong Kong. Don’t worry the rest of the world, we are coming for you! At the moment, one flat rate is available for certain regions. 

We work with a few delivery partners to bring your packages to you. Deliveries will reach you in 1-3 working days after your orders have been dispatched. It takes 1-2 working days after payment have been received for us to dispatched your orders.

Returns, exchanges and refunds

Returns, exchanges or refunds are not allowed. We are a small and new business trying to make it in this world so bear with us while we work towards providing you a more flexible return option. Meanwhile, we thank you for your kind understanding!

However, if one of our modern pui yuet’s has accidentally sent you the wrong products, please reach out to us and we will proceed to arrange for an exchange or refund if the product is no longer available.
